If your name has been changed, please call Octopus Customer Service Hotline at 2266 2222 for special arrangement and do not complete this registration form. You will be required to submit copy of (1) the change of name deed, and (2) a copy of your HKID with your new name.
Please do not register for the Airport Staff Personalised Octopus. (Please bring along your Airport Staff Personalised Octopus in person to any Airport Express Customer Service Centre for arranging card replacement)
Users of compatible mobile devices can transfer their On-Loan Octopus (except designated card types) that needs to be replaced to Mobile Octopus without the need of replacing it with a physical card. Please click here for details.
