apply for a Personalised
Octopus from
1 August 2008
till 31 July
2009 (excluding
special-purpose
Personalised
Octopus for specific
groups such as
students, corporate
staff and those using it for access control at residential
and commercial
buildings).
Personalised
Octopus is designed
for all age groups,
with your name
printed on the
back. You can
also opt to include
your photo as
well, giving
your card a distinctive
identity. |

for through schools or at
the customer service centres
of MTR at designated stations.

Road Customer Services Centres
and New World First Ferry Octopus
Service Centres do not process
the application of Personalised
Octopus with student status.
- The application fee for a Personalised Octopus is HK$100 which includes a deposit of HK$50, an initial stored value of HK$30 and a handling fee of HK$20. Customers who apply for a Personalised Octopus during the above promotion period can enjoy a waiver of the HK$20 handling fee. The HK$20 handling fee will be waived and encoded together with the HK$30 initial stored value on the Personalised Octopus, i.e. a total initial stored value of HK$50.
