Complete and submit in the form to the bank or credit card issuing company. |

Once the application is approved, the bank or credit card issuing company will
send you
a notification
letter. |

Application fee
The service is free for first time applications. A handling fee of HK$20 will
be charged for
bank switching
or service re-activation
and will be deducted
from your newly
designated credit
card account
when your application
is approved.
